Basement Renovation

Our Client wished to create a recreation area to satisfy their love of entertaining. We offered a turnkey design-build service with the vision of creating a space that could accommodate a large group without losing the warm feeling of the home.

Included in the finished product is our trademark "feature wall". Here, a built in propane fireplace provides atmosphere and warmth despite the lack of natural gas service in this rural setting. Bradford built adjoining powder and storage rooms for convenience, ensuring that the space is practical as well as functional.

The centerpiece of the room is a hand crafted solid oak wet bar complete with matching back and side bars adjacent to the billiard table. Above the bar is a backlit leaded art glass the Client requested we incorporate into the work. A warm country atmosphere enhanced the work inspired by the Clients tasteful choice of finishes.
