Although impeccably maintained, this 1967 custom built single had little to no updating of interior finishes right down to the vintage slate foyer floor, mosaic ceramic bathroom tile throughout and lavender / pink plumbing fixtures. the re-work included a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade, new finishes throughout, addition of a 400 square foot ground floor bonus area which could serve equally as a dining or family room and a finished basement complete with full bath and heated floor.
