UNIT
Fit-up of an existing seniors apartment building to change the use type to patient rooms. Work consists of 5 patient floors with approximately 20 rooms per floor, 1 floor consisting of a lobby, kitchen, offices, and meeting spaces, along with select work within the underground parking garage.

OTTAWA NEWCOMER
HEALTH CENTRE
Fit-up of an existing space to provide new clinical and functional areas. Work includes underground plumbing, new AHU, lighting, and fixtures, high-quality finishes, specialized healthcare requirements, and integrated building systems. The result is a welcoming, accessible, and efficient healthcare environment tailored to the needs of patients and staff.

LINAC BUNKER 11
4-phased project to provide the General Hospital with new pre-purchased radiation treatment equipment. Work includes demo of existing control rooms, green roof removals, removal of existing slab on grade & opening in exterior wall for installation of new equipment. New work included new concrete, M&E, and associated finishes. Working on site had a lot of restrictions as the adjoining bunkers are all operational with high risk cancer patients.

A 28,000 SF renovation to St. Vincent Hospital’s Palliative Care Unit. Work includes upgraded finishes, new electrical, mechanical, and sprinklers. Finishes include new flooring, paint, wall protection, ceilings, epoxy floors, shower enclosures, and millwork. Once work is complete at the St. Vincent campus a, 18,000 SF upgrade is to be completed at the Elizabeth Bruyere campus that includes new flooring, paint, new power requirements, and lighting.
