Superintendent
Bradford Construction currently has an opening for a qualified Site Superintendent for ICI projects ranging from $2M - $8M . We are looking for a candidate that has the following:
- Previous commercial/institutional experience as a site superintendent
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate subcontractors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and construction standards
- Working computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PDF, Email)
The Site Superintendent must champion and provide leadership that results in a safe work culture, is responsible and accountable for the safety of the crews under his direction and must understand and accept the importance and legal liability of the role. The Site Superintendent provides direction, leadership, supports and holds the workers responsible and accountable for meeting their responsibilities, goals, commitments and provides the necessary information and leadership in this regard.

Handyman
Bradford Construction is Currently looking to fill the position of a handyman. Candidates are required to have the following:
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
- Has working knowledge of Ontario Building Codes
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Ability of safely operate a variety of power tools
- General knowledge of construction
- Safety oriented
- Ability to work well in a team
- Can work independently
- Valid Working at heights training

General Labourer
Bradford Construction currently has openings for general construction labourers. We are looking for people with a strong work ethic. Work includes carrying construction materials, digging, measuring with a tape measure, cleaning and sweeping, opening and closing sites. Training will be provided for all tools that may be used. Driver’s license is required. Preference will be given to those who are confident using various hand tools.
